If you have any tips on making the pancakes thicker I could use all the help I could get. I made a quad batch with 1 tbsp of chili powder and a couple of tsp of garlic salt. I started this on Monday, by the time I weighed myself on Saturday I had lost a total of 10lbs. I am on day 3 and enjoying every minute of it:D.
